What are a few of the reasons for which Folly believes herself worthy of praise?

Folly spends her whole speech explaining why she should be praised. She claims that she is responsible for relationships and for great accomplishments, inventions and art. Her main theme, which runs throughout the speech, is that she brings happiness to man.
