The German who inspects libraries for the Nazis is Dr. Fuchs. He usually works at the most prestigious library in Berlin. He and Miss Reeder know one another. He gives her his phone number in case she needs something. Then he gives her a list of books that must be removed from the shelves and says that Jews are not to enter the library.
