What does Miss Reeder do when Odile will not speak to Bitsi?

Odile refuses to speak to Bitsi after Remy goes into the army. She blames her for him enlisting. Miss Reeder talks to Odile about the quarrel, and she tells her that they are bad for staff morale and subscribers deserve better. She sends Odile to the American Hospital to work for a week to help Odile put things into perspective.
