How does Miss Reader and the Countess decide to deal with the restrictions on Jews in the library?

Some of the library's most loyal subscribers are Jews. Miss Reeder and the Countess feel that there has to be some way to keep in contact with them. The Countess says that she can deliver books and so can Boris, Peter, and Odile along with other staff members.
