How does Waddington describe Dorothy Townsend?

Waddington describes Dorothy as being able and well-bred. He thinks she has a sound head with good advice and she is Charlie's greatest asset. Waddington also insinuates that Dorothy is not completely naive about her husband's flirtations with other women.
