What information does John Wesley give to Gifford and what does Sylder say about it?

John Wesley stayed firm, though, and insisted that he did not help anyone, let alone a criminal. Gifford left without making an arrest. Sylder tells the boy that Gifford is just bluffing and would never arrest a fourteen year old boy.
