Describe the Green Fly Inn.

The Green Fly Inn is in a building which is situated, rather dubiously, high up on a mountain. It is tethered to a pine tree to keep it in place, an improvisation which does not prevent the walls of the establishment from wobbling and shifting from time to time. The patrons of the inn seem to take no note of it, at least not while they are inside, as if it were a fact that they would rather not admit.
