Where did Ruby first meet George in the novel, The One and Only Ruby?

George was the janitor at the Exit 8 Big Top Mall and Video Arcade, and after Stella died in captivity, George got a new job at the Wildworld Zoological Park and Sanctuary. He also helped to transfer Ruby and Ivan to the sanctuary.
