What does the narrator like and dislike about sharing a bedroom with his sister?

The narrator likes sleeping by the window in his sister’s room so he can climb out onto the brick balcony or sleep with the window open and feel the wind and rain on his face. He doesn’t like the fact that they have to take turns leaving the door open at night or shutting it.
