Who is Quinn Dexter from The Neutronium Alchemist Conflict and what is their importance?

Quinn Dexter is one of the novel's main antagonists. He is one of the possessed, but he is different than the others, as he has managed to regain control of his own body. As such, his body is his own, and the previously possessing soul is trapped within him. Although Quinn never actually died and entered the beyond, he still controls the same energistic and reality dysfunction powers as the other possessed. He is, in fact, one of the strongest possessed in the book.
