Who is Kelly Tirrel from The Neutronium Alchemist Conflict and what is their importance?

Kelly Tirrel is a rover reporter. She traveled to Lalonde in order to report on the crisis there. Tirrel's trip led her to bring back news of the possessed to the Confederation. Her experience has left her confused and struggling to cope the horrors she witnessed there.
