Who is The Tour Guide from Mayday! and what is their importance?

Colonal Polyclitus Anaxamander Zeno is the "tour guide". He is a member of the Greek Gendarmerie and is working with Inspector Zacynthus to end von Till's drug smuggling. Zeno doubles as a guide for the Greek amphitheater, in order to gather information and notes on suspicious activity.
