Who is Minoru from The Master Puppeteer and what is their importance?

Minoru is one of the apprentices at the theater. He has a handsome face but is very fat. He loves food and seems to be content with simple pleasures. He does not seem to be as ambitious as Wada or Jiro. Like the others, he is very fond of Kinshi and enjoys his teasing.
