What are the pros and cons of having hydrazine available?

There were hundreds of liters of unused hydrazine available. Each liter has enough hydrogen to create two liters of water. The only problem is that liberating hydrogen from hydrazine is extremely dangerous. If is it done in an oxygen atmosphere, it will kill.
