How does Georgie show his love for Robin

Georgie feels sorrow over his actions and wishes he had never had such awful feelings toward Mrs Harper. When he is given the opportunity to act in the play, he gets extremely excited. He can finally show Mrs. Harper that he likes and maybe even loves her. He wants to impress her in the same way that a son wants to make a parent happy.
