King Midas from The Lost Hero is a King that can turn anything into gold and soon learned that he couldn't eat because of it and then he prayed to reverse it and they said to bathe in the river so then he figured that he could reverse the gold with running water over it. Jason defeats him and everyone he had turned to gold reverted to themselves. the group leaves him to his once statues.
