Where has Alec landed the Berg in Chapter 45? What do he and Mark discuss after the landing?

Alec explains he put the Berg down in an upscale neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac. Mark tells Alec about the moment he lost control, wanting to see the pilot crushed, but Alex shrugs it off, saying that men lose themselves when they have to fight to survive, and that it isn’t due to a virus, simply human nature.
