Who is Mrs. Small from The House of Dies Drear?

Mrs. Small is Walter's wife and Thomas' mother. She isn't thrilled with the move to Ohio, and is even less thrilled with the house of Dies Drear. She does, however, go along with the wishes of her husband and son because of their love of history.
