In Chapter 20, Hailey confronts Starr for telling a lie. What did Starr lie about, and what else does Hailey say?

Hailey confronts Starr over her lie that she didn't know Khalil.... she even pulls out a picture of a previous birthday party, in which, Khalil is present. She also tells Starr that the police did everyone a favor by killing a drug dealer.
