How is Paul’s urinary infection cured?

John Coffey asks Paul to come to his cell. Reluctantly, Paul does so. Coffey sits on his bed and invites Paul to sit next to him. After Paul does, Coffey grabs Paul. When Coffey releases Paul, the urinary infection is gone.
