The truth of it all is simple. The more people who flood California looking for jobs, the lower the wages that have to be offered for help. Desperate people, particularly, those with familes, are willing to work for most any wage..... they simply want to survive. Thus, the farmers and corporations advertising these jobs make a larger profit. It's all about the money.
