Who is Lanna from The Graduation of Jake Moon and what is their importance?

Lanna was the first of Skelly's caregivers. She is described as competent but inflexible. Needless, to say, Mavis doesn't see Lanna as a good fit and lets her go. Lanna is replaced by Alma Russell.
