What does Elijah ask for in return for finding David?

Elijah decides to strike a bargain with Hamlin Turner. He says that he will offer to find David Turner if Hamlin Turner will lend Saran the money to pay the taxes on the Glory Field so that they will not lose the land allotted to them after the war.
