Where in the book does it talk about the dress code?

I don't believe a dress code is ever mentioned. We know that different ceremonies allow for different types of clothing. The younger children have their buttons in the back to teach interdependence. Later they receive jackets with buttons in the front to teach them independence. Older children have jackets with pockets..... no clothing has color. Most of the information pertaining to clothing can be found in Chapter Six.
