What ceremony is the last in the community?

The last ceremony is the Ceremony of Twelve, when the twelve year old children receive their assigments for their work or vocations.

I am not sure but I think that the last ceremony of this community is the ceremony of when they realese someone because it is basically the last ceremony of that person and it will be the last for those who are to become elders and be realesed.
