If you had a choice living in a community like Jonas's or in the world like now, what you have chose and why?

Jonas's community lacked emotional depth and meaning. Aside from the horrid way certain people are treated (birth mothers, elderly, mentally challenged), people in the community lack emotional maturity. I would much rather live with the pain and disappointment of our world because it is real.
