Jill Jansen from The Girl Who Owned a City is the nieghbor to the main character. She takes in orphans and has many she cares for. Her and Lisa have a friendship. When the house burns Lisa moves into her nieghbors house until the castle is built. She has become a medical head in the new city and removes the bullet from Lisa's arm.
