Major Philip S. Parker, IV is an Army pilot from a distinguished military family. He notified headquarters of the attack of Foo Two. While attacking Island 237 with the Marines, he is forced to eject from his sabotaged Mohawk. Parker is captured and rescued during Operation Monte Christo.
