Who is General Paul Hanrahan from The Generals: Brotherhood of War 06 and what is their importance?

General Paul Hanrahan was an Army Brigadier General. He was hunting in South Dakota when the Cuban missile crisis began. Hanrahan was the commander of the John F. Kennedy Center for Special Warfare and one of the planners of Operation Monte Christo. He retired from the service in 1974, and later became a teacher at Utica Junior College in New York.
