Who helps Fred after his brawl with Kelly? Where do they take Kelly?

Just as Fred punches Kelly, Skippey walks by. He points out to Fred that there is an unconscious body on the pavement. Skippey decides to move Kelly to the Botanical Gardens. No one notices that Kelly is unconscious as Fred and Skippey "walk" him down the street between the two of them. They arrive at the Gardens at closing time. Kelly is deposited on the soft grass.
