A student feels that "National Spokesperson for the Plight of Black People" is stamped on her forehead because her teachers treat her as if she alone has the answers to the mysterious creatures that black people are. Whenever anything comes up in class about blacks or life for blacks, teachers ask her to present the black perspective.
