What does Captain Oliver tell Ven to do once he gets into Kingston?

Oliver tells him that while in Kingston he should stay at the Crossroads Inn, run by Gertrude Snodgrass. He tells Ven to never go to the crossroads at night, however, and asks that he take the vial of water to Gertrude.
