After Ven shouts at Ida, Tudy walks up to him and waggling her finger in his face, tells Ven that no one shouts at one of her customers except her. She tells Ven that if he wants to complain about Ida he knows the process to put forward the complaint. However, in the morning, she says, he will apologize to Ida.
