Describe the inside of the Crossroad Inn?

Ven enters a huge room with a fireplace in the middle and a bar with a few stools at the side. The only people in the room is a man sitting near the fireplace playing a strange looking instrument, a barman cleaning glasses at the bar and a couple of travelers quietly arguing at a table.
