The Fall of the House of Usher What is the author's tone in The Fall of the House of Usher by Edgar Allan Poe? Asked by bookragstutor on 20 Aug 02:31 Last updated by Jill W on 12 Sep 11:46
The author's tone in the story, The Fall of the House of Usher, is commanding and authoritative.... it is also dark and fevered. Note, the narrator becomes unstable.... the author's tone does not.
