Describe in detail how Catherine, Lily and Carioca make it out of the restaurant?

To escape from the restaurant and bar, Carioca attacks Sharrif which allows Catherine to knock him down to the floor. Then all three run out of the bar followed by Sharrif, El-Marad and everyone else in the bar. The three jump into the water and start to sink to the bottom.
