What is the name of the boarding school that Esme attends in Scotland in the novel, The Dictionary of Lost Words?

Cauldshiels is the name of the boarding school in Scotland that Esme is sent to. She is sent there because Ditte believes it will provide her with the type of education a girl of her station will need as an adult. Not much is known by anyone about her time there.
