Do you think Anna has a crush on Peter, or are her feelings purely platonic?

In the entry for Thursday, 6 January 1944 Anne writes "My longing to talk to someone has become so intense that somehow or other, I took it into my head to choose Peter".

Over the course of the novel, Anne does have a crush on Peter. Later in the novel, however, she notes that he is too immature and too dependent on her. In other words, she grows up, and Peter doesn't keep up. As two young people stuck together under undesirable circumstances.... their relationship is predictable.
