What does the Courtesan wonder aloud about at the end of Act 4, Scene 3?

At the end of Act 4, Scene 3 the Courtesan wonders if Antipholus has indeed gone mad; she will go to his house and claim he is insane and stole her ring so that she will be able to receive the money for her loss.
