What do Antipholus of Syracuse and Dromio of Syracuse discuss in regards to Ephesus at the end of Act 4, Scene 4?

At the end of Act 4, Scene 4 Antipholus of Syracuse claims that he must flee Ephesus at once, but Dromio of Syracuse notes that despite some odd behavior they have been treated well and would like to stay a few more nights.
