What is Winter's plan to find Midnight after she discovers his whereabouts in his letters to Sister Souljah?

After Winter discovers Midnight's whereabouts from his letters to Sister Souljah, she plans to show up on his doorstep in Silver Spring, Maryland. First she tries to buy a plane ticket from a travel agency at the mall, but she realizes she can't afford the ticket. Then she buys a one way bus ticket. She suddenly changes her plans when Bullet calls her.
