What is the fate of Winter's sisters after they are picked up by the Bureau of Child Welfare?

After Winter's sisters are picked up by the Bureau of Child Welfare, the twins are sent to different homes, and Porsche is sent to a group home. Mrs. Santiaga and Winter go to visit a very angry Porsche. Winter pretends to be her mom's sister, so as not to be taken herself.
