Bullet controls Winter's every move by demanding her loyalty, never directly giving her money, and having the doorman report her movements to him. He kills Tony, the bodyguard of GS, after he talks to Winter at a bar. After she lies to him about where she went the day she gets the abortion, he has two Rottweilers put into the apartment so she can't even leave the bedroom.
