Who is Rachel Geller from The Christopher Killer: A Forensic Mystery and what is their importance?

Rachel Geller is Cameryn's friend and co-worker at the Grand. She is the fourth victim of the Christopher Killer, after which, her spirit supposedly visits Dr. Jewel. Cameryn is involved with Rachel's case and promises to obtain justice for her friend by finding the killer.
