Who is Dr. Moore from The Christopher Killer: A Forensic Mystery and what is their importance?

Dr. Moore is the forensic pathologist in Durango, who performs Rachel's autopsy. Morre is described as an arrogant man, and he objects to Cameryn's presence at the autopsy. When Cameryn later calls and asks him to run a screen for DMSO, he refuses, mocking her ideas. Dr. Moore, however, does run the test, and since it is positive, he tries to call her back. When he can't get in touch with her, he sends Sheriff Jacobs and Justin to Dr. Jewel's room.... they arrive just in time to rescue Cameryn.
