Who is Mrs. Gruber from The Cage?

Mrs. Gruber was the landlady in the home where Riva and her family lived. Although, she and Nacha seemed to be close over the years, Mrs. Gruber was one of the first to denounce her. She not only took part in the raiding of Nacha's rooms.... she left the family without food or shelter.
