Who is Heather Garbutt?

Heather Garbutt is in jail for tax fraud. She went to jail. Jack and Andrew were also involved in the scam, but neither was punished. Heather died by suicide in jail because she was afraid of being convicted of Bethany’s murder. Andrew had told her that he had buried the gun, covered in Heather’s fingerprints, near Bethany’s body which was buried on Heather’s property.
