What is Port Lawrence?

Port Lawrence is a city and area beyond Deerwood. Barney goes to the Port a lot for shopping and exploring. He and Valancy frequent the port after they are married. It is also the place where Barney goes to apply for the marriage license when he and Valancy decide to marry.
