Where does Frank encounter Reverend Graham?

Frank is leaving the English Chaplaincy where he has been conversing with Mrs. Graham and Miss Kinsman. He runs into the chaplain, Reverend Edwin Graham. They greet one another, and the reverend then proceeds on his way to vespers at the chapel. Frank then departs.
