What is it Frank can see in Chapter 24 regarding the impression Volodya has made upon Lisa?

In Frank's discussion with Lisa in Chapter 24 about Volodya, he is able to see that this apparent student has made no significant impression upon her. Lisa appears to look upon him as not only very young, but also somewhat foolish. Volodya's possessiveness of Lisa is based solely upon his own imagination.
